Design Concept
The design concept should clearly and convincingly explain the value of using the service for parents, and what they get from using it.
Landing Page
Funds spent by the head are also displayed in the reports. Committee's free funds are kept in a piggy bank. For each withdrawal of funds, the head must be accountable, and the system will monitor this.
Voting and Democracy
Through voting, it is possible to understand in advance whether it makes sense to raise funds. If the initiative is supported by parents, a project can be created and funds can be raised.
Projects and Fundraising
All project participants receive notifications from the project. Thus, there is no need to track who submitted and who did not. Also, the project page shows how much funds have been raised and how much is left. Convenient, isn't it?)
Payment of Contributions
We have implemented a basket to simplify parents' payment of contributions: this can be done literally in 2 clicks after authorization. Partial payment is also available for those who find it more convenient.
Donations without Registration
For parents who do not want to register and figure things out, we have made it possible to make a contribution to the committee's piggy bank. The head will then redirect the funds to the necessary project.
We Know Who Submitted or Did Not Submit
The history of all financial transactions is displayed in the interface. Tracking financial funds and notifications are the most important functions to which we have devoted a lot of attention. The committee's activities should be transparent to all participants.
Financial Reports
We have implemented reports in which any movement of funds within the committee can be found. We have created several views with different accounting objects: operation, participant, project.
Committee's Piggy Bank
Funds spent by the head are also displayed in the reports. Committee's free funds are kept in a piggy bank. For each withdrawal of funds, the head must be accountable, and the system will monitor this.
Interface Prototypes
We designed the interface according to agreed scenarios, from the moment a user searches for an educational institution. The prototypes include separate interfaces for the committee head, parent, and educator. We also created prototypes for mobile versions.
Scenarios and Logic
Through custom development and user testing, we identified weak points in the design and optimized the interface before development, taking into account the conclusions obtained.
Prototype Iterations
As a result of pre-project work, we implemented detailed prototypes of web applications for all roles, in desktop and mobile versions.
