Training Calendar
The core of the project is a training calendar, which the coach customizes for each client or group. Material UI was used as a ready-made UI base, which includes the necessary components for implementing business logic in our project.
Training Plan
The training plan collects all the useful functionality from notes and Google Sheets, while containing nothing superfluous. Everything a coach needs is in one place.
Notification Center
Coaches and clients see a feed of events related to the training plan. Through comments, clients can inform the coach about training results, and coaches can provide recommendations and consulting in a convenient format.
Exercise Library
In the coach's personal account, they can create their own library of video exercises for reuse in workouts. Alternatively, the coach can use pre-installed video exercises from the common TRNR library.
Workout Builder
The builder allows for assembling a training day from new or existing exercises. The coach can view workout history in the calendar, copy workout days, or create them from scratch using the builder.
Client Interaction
The coach can send invitations to multiple clients via email. In the Clients section, they can change client status, create groups, study task completion statistics, and view comments. Exercise and workout comments are accessible to both clients and coaches.
Groups and Leaderboards
Coaches can group clients and assign the same program to all participants. Upon completing certain tasks, leaderboards will be formed, adding a competitive element to the workouts.
Dark Theme and Mobile App
For comfortable work at any time of day, we added a dark theme. Clients have access to a free mobile app that is convenient to use in the gym.

We designed and developed a service website that describes the advantages and subscription conditions for coaches. The website includes a blog for content marketing. It is integrated with the personal account and admin panel.
Publication in the AppStore and Play Market
We have developed a mobile app for clients based on the mobile version of the web application. The app contains all the functionality of the main version and additionally push notifications with workout reminders.
